Selinsgrove Library Grand Re-Opening 

Join us from 4-8pm on Tuesday, November 13th, when the Selinsgrove Library opens in our new building at 1 North High Street.  
Our normal hours will resume Wednesday, November 14th.

Snyder County Library Board of Trustees


The Board of Trustees will have three openings for Board membership effective January 1, 2013, due to three members’ terms expiring.  Interested persons should submit an application found here or at any of the Snyder County Libraries by November 1, 2012.  
The nine-member Board represents all of Snyder County – Selinsgrove, Selinsgrove area, Middleburg area, Beavertown area, and McClure area. Board meetings are at 7:00 pm on the fourth Tuesday of the month and open to the public.
Our Library system has made great strides in the past few years and now we’re in the middle of a building project, anticipating moving into the new facility in early fall!  Many new and exciting programs are happening.  Be part of the team to continue the excellence of the Snyder County Libraries, Inc.

Homebound Services: Snyder County Libraries is providing a new service to residents that are homebound and unable to visit the library due to age, illness or disability.

Deliveries will be made once a week.  Items delivered can include books, audio books or magazines based upon the interest of the patron.
This service is free and open to residents in Snyder County.

Book Discussion Groups   

Wireless Internet is Here!

Snyder County Libraries, Inc. is pleased to announce that wireless Internet access is now available at all four branches.  To use this service, please stop by the Selinsgrove, Middleburg, Beavertown or McClure Library to fill out the required paperwork and to be given your Security Key.  All users of this service must agree to our Wireless Internet Policy.  Parents/legal guardians of children 17 and below must fill out the paperwork for their children.
